Policies and Terms of Limited Warranty

Terms of use

To preserve the high quality and presentable appearance of your instrument and its playability, please, abide by the following operating instructions and storage conditions. When transporting or storing the instrument, a gig bag or a hard-shell case should be used to prevent damage caused by mechanical shock or temperature and humidity change. Your guitar is a delicate, fine instrument. Take good care of your instrument and use it according to the goal it was built for. Protect your instrument from extreme low and high temperature, rapid fluctuations of temperature, as well as from extreme humidity and humidity fluctuations. While traveling, make sure to let the instrument adapt to new humidity and temperature conditions by letting it "sit" in the case, until the temperature of the case and instrument will be the same as in the premise. Do not expose the instrument to direct sunlight for long periods. Disregard of the above rules may or may not result in loss of warranty.
